Thank you for shopping with MHS AVENUE. We deliver to customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and aim to make every delivery smooth, safe and reliable.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. All orders are placed in Saudi Riyal (SAR).

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free of charge on all orders within Saudi Arabia. If this ever changes, the exact shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. During public holidays, promotional campaigns or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays or Saudi public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Saudi Arabia, depending on your city. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or courier operations beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation with tracking information by email and/or SMS so you can follow your parcel until it reaches your door.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered at checkout, please keep the exact amount ready where possible. Our courier partner may contact you before delivery to confirm your address and timing.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. MHS AVENUE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at aimansayeda51@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
